The battery under normal conditions would of only been changed once, around 2017 or a little later. But twice is abnormal. You need to have all your battery cables checked and the charging system checked. Systems like “hill assist” will start to shut down to conserve power when there’s a battery or charging issue.I have been having the Service AdvanceTrac, Hill Start Assist Not Available and Hill Descent Control Fault messages pop up in the instrument cluster lately. All 3 lights show up at the same time, and timing seems to be completely random. The lights do now seem to be showing up more frequently.

First is Traction Control/Stability Control. If the light stays on, there is a fault with the system and you should get it checked as soon as you can. If the light is on, the system is inactive.
