TL;DR: Game crashes with item search if you have 3200 or more inventory slots filled (this count includes 324 armoire items, 23 soul crystals, and multiple stacks of the same item). You are safe if you have less than 3200 items. I bought 3 new items off the market board to put in glamour dresser and item search afterward crashed my game.IMO using auto sort is a bad habit and it's just going to cause you problems in the long term. Forcing yourself to sort your inventory manually not only means it will always be organized, but it means you're constantly evaluating what is worth keeping and what is not.In FFXIV right now I could at least technically get anything myself, and if I really don't want to I can buy it from the marketboard. ...
